I am proud to be one of the presenters for the Women’s Divorce Workshop, held every 4th Saturday through the year. Although not associated with the workshop, Southeast Christian Church has offered to provide space to hold the seminar. Each Saturday will feature a therapist, a lawyer, a financial planner and a mediator.
Women’s Divorce Workshop is a monthly workshop designed to provide divorce support, information and hope to women at all stages of untying the knot. It provides unbiased information to help you understand all of your options, work with your emotions, and move forward with your life. Presenters will cover legal, financial, emotional, family, and social issues of divorce. Topics include: the divorce process, child custody and support, protecting yourself legally and financially, dealing with a hostile spouse, helping your family cope, rebuilding self esteem, preparing for divorce financially and legally. Visit www.divorceworkshopdenver.com for information and to pre-register.
I will be presenting the 4th Saturdays in July and August.
I just began a seven week workshop on building healthy relationships at GracePoint Community Church. We will be discussing the reality that we are made to be in close relationship with others, but the world does not always work that way. Topics include the personal process of building relationships, learning what walls and blocks we put up between ourselves and others, how to build and regain trust, and what it means to be connected with another person in a safe and secure way.
This workshop is not just for dating, engaged or married couples, but for anyone who desires to be more fully known by others, feel attached to those around them, and move from isolation into intimacy.
